Your name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, and special delivery instructions help Writers Bookcase to deliver your order on time and to the correct location. We always confirm by e-mail the items in your order, the scheduled delivery window you've selected, and the delivery address. We will contact you by telephone or Email to resolve any questions we might have about your order.

Your user name, password, and password reminder let Writers Bookcase verify that you are a registered customer and prevent anyone else who may have access to your computer from ordering in your name without your express permission.

You can choose to pay for your orders by telephoning us or faxing us each time with your credit card information. This information is used solely for billing you for Writers Bookcase products and services you've ordered.
